Formula development capability

The R&D team has been deeply involved in the formulation system of special casting waxes for many years and is familiar with the performance benchmark parameters of imported mold materials. We can make targeted adjustments to the formula to achieve the localization and optimization of imported wax materials.

Process control capability

The process employs constant temperature synthesis, uniform reaction, layered filtration, and static crystal stabilization, which greatly reduces internal stress, impurities, and bubbles in the wax, ensuring that the finished wax has a dense structure and stable performance.

Precision molding technology support

For challenging structures such as thin-walled blades, deep-cavity hollows, micro-pores and fine ribs, and large-sized irregular parts, we provide molding process suggestions, wax material selection guidance, and defect solutions to help customers improve yield rates.

Production and quality control capabilities

The factory utilizes Honeywell automated production lines and temperature-controlled, enclosed workshops to ensure consistent and stable wax performance through comprehensive temperature control throughout the entire process. High-purity raw materials are carefully selected to control impurities and ash content at the source. Each batch of products undergoes testing for flowability, shrinkage rate, strength, toughness, and ash content, with traceable data. The facility is also equipped with temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouses to ensure product stability during storage and use.

Customized services

We can customize wax formulas and hardness grades according to customer equipment parameters, molding temperature, workshop environment, and casting structure, adapting them to existing production lines without requiring equipment or process modifications.
