Filled Medium-temperature Model Wax
Aerospace-grade high-precision filling mold wax is specially developed for high-temperature alloy precision castings for aero-engines and gas turbines. Utilizing a composite microcrystalline wax modified formula, it features low shrinkage, high mirror finish, excellent thermal stability, and superior toughness. High-pressure injection molding results in no flow marks, no shrinkage, and no cracks. Suitable for mass production of hollow blades, guide vanes, ring parts, and thin-walled irregular parts.
Used in the high-requirement products such as aero-engine turbine blades, guide vanes, flame tubes, casings, gas turbine impellers, engineering annular precision components, automotive turbocharger impellers, and exhaust valves.
