As a National High-Tech Enterprise, the company continues to increase its investment in research and development. The R&D center is equipped with precision instruments such as a rotational rheometer, a molecular distillation unit, a DSC analyzer, an infrared spectrometer, a high-temperature gas chromatograph, and a laser particle size analyzer. The company has been successively designated as the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for New Wax Materials and Applications, Suzhou Municipal Engineering Technology Research Center for Automotive Coating and Protective Materials, and Suzhou Municipal Enterprise Technology Center. It has also collaborated with universities such as Tsinghua University, Soochow University, Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology, and Jilin University to establish corporate postgraduate workstations, developing low-energy-consumption, biodegradable bio-based wax materials.

TESTING

In December 2025, Taier Testing Center successfully passed the rigorous assessment by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) for its testing capabilities regarding wax products. A total of 30 major testing items received authoritative certification, and the center officially opened its testing services to customers both within and outside the industry. Adhering to the testing principles of Science, Impartiality, Accuracy, and Efficiency, the Testing Center is equipped with advanced specialized testing equipment for petroleum waxes, specialty waxes, lubricating waxes, and petroleum products. Capable of conducting hundreds of testing items, the center ensures that every data is precise and traceable, providing one-stop solutions for product development, quality control, and market access.

PRODUCTION

The company possesses a range of advanced equipment covering everything from product development and process validation to scaled-up production. Its manufacturing center is equipped with pilot-scale units ranging from 200L, 500L, and 700L to production units of 1,000L, 1,500L, 3,000L, 15,000L, and 30,000L, along with DCS control systems, chain-type extruders, and granulation machines, achieving an annual production capacity of 60,000 MT. Additionally, the company has introduced automated production lines to ensure precise control throughout the entire process, from raw material blending to finished product testing.

Against the backdrop of the dual carbon goals, the company has actively responded to environmental protection policies by promoting the transition of its products toward low-carbon solutions, adopting energy-efficient processes, and optimizing energy consumption in production. As a result, carbon emissions have been reduced compared to traditional processes, and the company is committed to pursuing a path of sustainable development.
