The main raw material of cemented carbide wax is low-melting-point, tough paraffin wax. It has a suitable oil content, good plasticity and toughness, and extremely low ash and sulfur content. It is free of mechanical impurities and moisture, has good cleaning properties, and does not contaminate alloy raw materials. It has a clear appearance and fine crystals. During crystal transformation, it does not crack between crystal edges due to shrinkage. It still maintains good strength at relatively low temperatures, making it a good forming material.

It is made from high-quality wax materials, blended with modifying additives, and is miscible with ethanol solvent.

Used in the molding cemented carbide products during machining, with a wax ratio below 2.5%, using ethanol as the wet grinding medium.

Especially suitable for large, complex shapes such as large spoon-shaped teeth and deep grid shapes that cannot be molded using ordinary molding materials, mainly exhibiting problems such as breakage, delamination, cracking, and inability to demold properly.
