The main raw material of cemented carbide wax is low-melting-point, tough paraffin wax. It has a suitable oil content, good plasticity and toughness, and extremely low ash and sulfur content. It is free of mechanical impurities and moisture, has good cleaning properties, and does not contaminate alloy raw materials. It has a clear appearance and fine crystals. During crystal transformation, it does not crack between crystal edges due to shrinkage. It still maintains good strength at relatively low temperatures, making it a good forming material.
It is made from high-quality wax materials, blended with modifying additives, and is miscible with ethanol solvent.

Performance
Low oil content, good plasticity and toughness, high compact strength, low residual carbon value, and no pollution to alloy raw materials.
Good compatibility, excellent moldability, and relatively good stability.
It does not require oleic acid and disperses extremely well in ethanol. The mixture does not separate or agglomerate and has good dispersibility and flowability.
After usage, the powder particles are uniform in size, the powder coating is complete, and the flowability is 6-8 seconds faster than traditional molding agents.
Excellent formability and a high degree of blank formation.
