The main raw material of cemented carbide wax is low-melting-point, tough paraffin wax. It has a suitable oil content, good plasticity and toughness, and extremely low ash and sulfur content. It is free of mechanical impurities and moisture, has good cleanliness, and does not contaminate the alloy raw materials. It has a clear appearance and fine crystals. During crystal transformation, it does not crack between crystal edges due to shrinkage. It retains good strength at relatively low temperatures, making it an excellent forming material.
The product is an environmentally friendly cemented carbide emulsion forming material formed by fully emulsifying wax, emulsifier, and deionized water under specific emulsification process conditions.
