Wax for Encapsulating Electronic Components
The wax for encapsulating electronic components is a special wax-based material designed for the insulation, moisture protection, sealing and fixing of electronic components. It is mainly composed of microcrystalline wax, refined paraffin wax or synthetic wax (such as Fischer-Tropsch wax), and is blended with modified additives.
Used in the impregnation and encapsulation of electronic components such as metallized film capacitors and rainbow delay coils.
