Water-based Chassis Anti-corrosion Wax
It is a water-based, environmentally friendly dispersion system used as a long-lasting anti-corrosion coating. It is sprayed onto the chassis, wheel arches, rear spoilers, and trunks of commercial vehicles or engineering equipment to provide corrosion protection, impact resistance, noise reduction, and heat insulation.
Used in wheel arches, rear spoilers, luggage compartments, and other parts of automotive chassis, construction machinery, or engineering equipment.
Performance
Good stability. Uniform liquid wax without crystallization. The wax film is an elastic, hard film with excellent adhesion.
Good rust prevention and resistance to stone impact.
No dripping or runoff when the specified coating thickness is achieved.
Low high-temperature creep and good low-temperature ductility, without cracking or peeling of the wax film. It meets the high and low temperature requirements for automotive use.
