Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the marketing and sales of polyethylene wax products, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets;
- Maintain good communication with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant technical support and solutions;
- Collect market information, analyze industry trends, and assist in developing sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree or above, with preference given to candidates with degrees in Chemistry, Marketing, or related fields;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Familiarity with the characteristics and applications of polyethylene wax products is preferred (inks, cosmetics, coatings, masterbatches, adhesives, paper, candles, etc.);
- Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, and willing to travel.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Development and Maintenance: Responsible for expanding new client base in Southeast Asia and other regions, managing relationships with multinational corporation clients, including regular visits, needs analysis, and contract negotiation.
2. Market Analysis and Strategy Formulation: Research domestic and international market demands, analyze competitor activities, formulate regional sales plans, and coordinate cross-cultural team execution.
3. Sales Target Management: Achieve quarterly sales targets, monitor order processes using the system, and handle cross-border logistics and payment matters.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with global product and marketing teams, lead promotions at three or more international trade shows, and resolve cross-time zone communication issues for clients.
5. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare multilingual sales reports to ensure business compliance with international trade regulations (such as GDPR).
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in spoken English, capable of conducting business negotiations, signing contracts, and maintaining client relationships in English.
2. Possesses excellent market analysis skills, able to develop regional sales strategies, adept at client relationship management, and capable of leading negotiations and long-term cooperation with major clients.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with successful overseas market development experience.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling wax materials, and those familiar with the cosmetics raw materials market, paint and ink additives market, candles, hot melt adhesives, powder metallurgy, etc., and with clients in related industries.
