Job Responsibilities:

Formula Development

1. Responsible for the development, debugging, and optimization of new cosmetic formulas.

2. Responsible for formula stability testing, safety assessment, and performance improvement.

3. Resolve technical problems during product development and production.

Technical Support

1. Provide formula technical guidance and solutions to clients.

2. Cooperate with the sales department in technical exchanges and handle technical issues reported by clients.

Applied Research

1. Monitor cosmetic industry trends and new technology developments.

2. Collect and analyze market information to provide reference for product development.

Laboratory Management

1. Record experimental data in a standardized manner and organize formula information.

2. Responsible for the daily maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.

Job Requirements:

Basic Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Cosmetics, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in cosmetic formulation development.

Essential Abilities

1. Familiar with the characteristics and formulation processes of commonly used cosmetic raw materials.

2. Understand relevant cosmetic regulations.

3. Possess excellent experimental skills.
