Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish, improve, and supervise the implementation of daily project management systems, work standards, and business processes;
2. Manage projects undertaken by the project team, report results, and conduct performance evaluations;
3. Review project documents submitted by team members;
4. Develop project development plans and monitor their implementation;
5. Write work descriptions for project implementation;
6. Conduct regular project summaries and reports.
Job Requirements:
1. Chemical engineering related degree; at least 3 years of R&D experience in specialty wax materials, lubricants, and wire rope greases.
2. Experience in applying for standards and high-tech enterprise certifications.
3. Ability to create solutions and guide project design and development.
4. Project problem-solving and execution.
5. Familiarity with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and other relevant standards.
6. Ability to search, read, and translate relevant Chinese and English materials.
